Two gadgets enter, one leaves. It’s that simple. Welcome to the TC Gadget Review Battle where two competing products are pitted against each other. No wishy-washy conclusion based on an arbitrary numbering system, just a reliable buying recommendation. A naked iPad is a fantastic device but not a particularly productive device. Enter about a billion iPad accessories. Here are two of the top keyboard cases: The Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard and the Belkin YourType Folio. Both aim to turn the iPad into a word-processing, spreadsheet-editing, and emailing-producing machine. And they both do this through the magic of Bluetooth. However, as per the rules of the Review Battle, only one can get our recommendation. So let's get to it.Source: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/Techcrunch/~3/46Jc7swrHLk/

Amazon is building steam on its Prime Instant Video additions, as it's following new Paramount content just a few weeks ago with video from the MGM Studios stable. The new movies and TV shows mostly reach deep into the back catalog with classics like Dances with Wolves or the definitive spaghetti Western, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. A few more recent titles have crept into the collection, mostly in TV: if you're a fan of the Stargate universe, you're set. MGM video is folded into the $79 yearly Prime subscription and will let you relive Thirtysomething on a raft of devices, including your PS3.

Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 was recently caught on camera, which indicates that it's well along the production pipeline. Further evidence: the ICS tablet is up for pre-order on Amazon US. The asking price is $549, and the retailer says it will be available "within 3 to 5 weeks." In line with earlier rumors, it looks like Samsung swapped the Note 10.1's original dual-core processor for a quad-core CPU, though as Unwired View points out, Amazon probably meant a Samsung Exynos processor rather than the Intel Xeon currently listed. Ready to shell out for this S Pen-equipped slate? Click on through to the source link to see the product page.
Update: We've received word from Samsung that Amazon published the page in error, and has since taken it down. The Galaxy Note 10.1 is in fact not available for pre-order at this time.

The popular coupon site RetailMeNot launched its mobile site earlier this year and today, the company is launching its first native app for iOS. The new app allows users who don't like to pay full price to find online and in-store coupons. Users get access to curated lists of popular coupons and "hot deals." They can also bookmark coupons for what the company calls "time-shift shopping." According to the company's own data, its site already gets about 17% of its traffic from mobile users. Its mobile channel, says the company's CEO Cotter Cunnigham, is growing "by 200% every month year-over-year."Source: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/Techcrunch/~3/bQkc2KoN9zM/
